Leaders Exchanging Opportunities is a business networking group for South Florida owners and principals. We meet for lunch every other Tuesday, hold one seat per industry, and pass warm referrals, not cold leads.
Networking that ends in a referral
Meeting people is the easy part. LEO is built for what comes after: members learn each other's businesses well enough to describe them to a stranger, so when a client needs an attorney, a CPA or a handyman, the name they get comes from someone who knows that person's work.
One seat per industry
Each member holds one business category, so nobody in the room competes for the same referral. Professions with clear-cut sub-categories, such as a personal injury attorney and a probate attorney, can hold separate seats. See which industries are still open.
Warm referrals, not cold leads
By the time a name changes hands, the member has already spoken to that person about what they need. Word of mouth may be the strongest form of advertising there is, and this group is a standing appointment to generate it.
The same faces every other week
LEO has met since 2018. Seeing the same people every other Tuesday is what turns an introduction into trust, and trust is what makes a referral worth passing.

Where and when does LEO meet?
Every other Tuesday at 12:00 noon, at Duffy's Sports Grill, 21212 St Andrews Blvd, Boca Raton. Arrive from 11:45 am if you want time to network before the meeting starts.
Can I visit before joining?
Yes. Guests are welcome. Come to a lunch, meet the room and find out whether your industry is open. Plan a visit.
How is a referral group different from a networking event?
A networking event puts you in a room of new faces each time. A referral group meets the same people on a schedule, so members get to know each other's work and pass referrals with a name attached.

Each industry has one seat. Search the directory to see who holds yours, or check the open seats on the home page.
