How the hour runs
- 11:45 amArrive early and network
Come a few minutes before noon. It is the easiest time to chat, meet people one to one, and make a few new friends before the meeting starts.
- 12:00 pmArrive and order
It is a sports grill and it is lunchtime. Get a table, order, say hello.
- 12:15 pmReferrals passed
Members hand over names they have prepared since the last meeting, and report back on the ones they received.
- 12:35 pmRound the table
Everyone introduces their business briefly. As a guest, you will be asked to do the same — no pressure, no script.

A single member takes longer to explain their work properly. This is how the group learns to describe each other accurately.
