What this site is

This site is the online directory for Leaders Exchanging Opportunities (LEO), a referral group of business owners who meet every other Tuesday in South Florida. It lists members, their businesses, and how to reach them, and describes how the group works.

Members are independent businesses

Every business listed here is independently owned and operated. LEO has no parent organization and does not employ, supervise or manage any listed business. A listing on this site is not an endorsement of that business's quality, pricing or outcomes.

No warranty of a member's work

We do not warrant or guarantee the work, advice, products or services of any member. Any agreement you make with a member is between you and that business, not with LEO.

Disputes

A dispute arising from work performed by a member is between you and that member. LEO is not a party to that transaction.

Listing accuracy

We try to keep member listings accurate, but a business's details can change between updates to this site. If you find something wrong, tell us and we will correct it.

Acceptable use

Use this site to find and contact a member, or to learn about the group. Do not scrape, copy or reuse the directory to build a competing list, and do not use contact information found on this site to send unsolicited bulk messages.

Intellectual property

The text, design and organization of this site belong to LEO. Member logos, business names and any photos belong to the members who supplied them.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, LEO is not liable for damages arising from your use of this site or from your dealings with any listed member.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute concerning this site is handled in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
