- Do I own this hardware or lease it, and for how long?
What's different in South Florida
Rates matter, but in this market the larger cost is usually the contract — long terms, equipment leases that outlive the equipment, and termination fees that only surface when you try to leave. Seasonal businesses also get quietly hurt by flat monthly minimums during the slow months. Have someone read a real recent statement rather than quoting from a rate sheet.
