Restoration in South Florida
When water or fire gets into a building, the hours right after decide how much of it can be saved.
What this covers
- Water extraction and structural drying
- Flood and leak cleanup
- Fire, smoke and soot cleanup
- Mold prevention after water damage
- Help documenting damage for an insurance claim
Before you hire
Ask this of anyone you are considering for the work — including someone who is not a LEO member:
- How quickly can someone be on site after I call?
- How do you confirm everything is actually dry before rebuilding starts?
- Will you work directly with my insurance company or association?
What's different in South Florida
South Florida buildings meet water from every direction: summer storms, hurricane season, aging supply lines, and the unit upstairs in a condo. Humidity means wet drywall and flooring rarely dry out on their own before mold becomes the bigger problem. In shared buildings, the association and more than one insurance policy are often involved, so photographs and moisture readings taken early make the rest of the process go more smoothly.
