- What is the plan if the event moves indoors, or if it rains?
- What power and space do you need on site?
- How long do you play, and what does overtime cost?
What's different in South Florida
Most memorable South Florida events are at least partly outdoors, which makes two unglamorous questions decisive: where the power comes from, and what happens if it rains. Many South Florida venues and communities also enforce noise ordinances and hard end times, so the last hour of a party is worth confirming in writing before the invitations go out.
